Design Plan for the Pillar to be driven by Climate as the “envelope” for urban innovation, public health, education, community, and economic revitalization programs. Framing should guide internal project planning and outreach to external expertise, partners, and groups.

Develop a communications template that guides planning including funding applications – What is the “unique promise” or  value proposition contributed by each stakeholder and how is it persuasive for engaging external participants 

Mission statement with some initial goals

  • Support internal stakeholders’ activities with an agreed upon “values proposition” designed to engage external stakeholders and funders, guided by a framing that uses climate as the “envelope” for innovation, public health, education, community, and economic revitalization programs 
  • Co-develop the framing story
  • Co-develop a communications format for collaborations  
  • Co-develop planning templates
  • Map projects and goals
