What is the CUNY CREST Institute?
The CUNY Remote Sensing Earth System (CREST) Institute is a research, education, and outreach institute at The City College of New York. It focuses on using remote sensing, Earth system science, and technology innovation to support sustainable development and resilience.

CREST operates in multiple intersecting areas such as Education & Training; Research & Applications; Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Ventures; International Collaboration; and Community Resilience & Stakeholder Engagement.
How is CREST affiliated within CUNY / CCNY?
CREST is housed at CCNY, in the Grove School of Engineering, and works in partnership across CUNY and external institutions. It draws on CCNY faculty, resources, and collaborations.
Where is CREST located?
CREST is located in the Steinman Hall (T‑107), Grove School of Engineering, The City College of New York- 140th St & Convent Ave, New York, NY. The office is open Monday-Thursday, 9-5 pm.
