Ozlen Ozkurt is currently with the New York City office as Americas East Water Business Leader and brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, business development, client relationships and team mentorship. Prior to working with Arup, she was Northeast Region Water Business Development Leader for WSP and played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s portfolio. She is passionate about creating resilient and equitable water systems while continues to drive innovation and excellence in every project undertaken. She received a Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering specialization in Water from City University of New York and holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey. Ozlen is a Professional Engineer, Certified Floodplain Manager and Envision Sustainability Professional. She indulges her passion for photography while exploring new destinations, capturing the beauty of the landscapes and cultures worldwide.
