Dr. Hamid Norouzi is a Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction Management Technology at New York City College of Technology (CUNY), Doctoral Faculty in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the CUNY Graduate Center, and Co-Founder of Eco Rising Solutions, a climate-tech startup focused on geospatial and AI-driven environmental monitoring. His research integrates remote sensing, urban climate analysis, and digital twin technologies to translate science into practical, scalable solutions. He leads efforts to connect research, innovation, and entrepreneurship to accelerate real-world impact in environmental resilience and sustainable infrastructure.
