Frederick Kincheloe

Frederick Kincheloe is a licensed Professional Engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Energy Manager with degrees in both Civil and Environmental Engineering. His 30-year professional career focused on New York City’s infrastructure to improve the environment, sustainability of its assets, and improve the lives of its residents. Fred has served as an applied research engineer for water treatment systems, advanced nutrient removal, waste to energy, cogeneration, and many other projects targeting triple bottom line (social, environmental and financial) results. Fred is a product of the New York City Public School system and through his various board positions, integrated his passion for technical excellence in Environmental Engineering with the development of New York City’s youth to become the next leaders in this region. As a native New Yorker, he is excited to apply his passions to the City University of New York Remote Sensing Earth Systems (CUNY CREST) Institute External Advisory Board (CEAB).
