Dr. Shakila Merchant, received a small grant funded by NSF- ARIS and will be partnering with the ARIS – Rutgers University team in developing Research Impact on Society – Broadening Impact (BI) Toolkit in collaboration with the CUNY stakeholders, particularly students/alumni, and early career faculty members particularly from the traditionally underrepresented communities. Through this 18 months funding, Dr. Merchant aims to engage participants (students, faculty, educators), to design and develop the BI toolkit that will benefit the CUNY community – particularly CUNY CREST stakeholders and its partners across the NY city region.
